I was going to take May off, but I just don't think I can do it! I like that I'm taking it a little bit slower, but it's good for me to know that I don't want to quit (which is an option I was considering). I love being in my garage! I've always loved being home and this last week has been the best of both worlds!
My client dropped off this little desk this weekend and I couldn't wait to get started on it. She picked the color and the knobs so I can't take any credit for the "creative" part of it. I love how it turned out. I suggested doing a cherry red chair with it (still waiting for the chair)--can't wait to see it. :)
Before
Just love the knobs and adore the pop of red against the gray.

The desk looks Great! The red accent on buttons is really a nice touch!
ReplyDeleteCute! I love the gray and red knobs! I have pink ones just like those in my little girl's bedroom and bathroom!
ReplyDeleteGray is so popular right now and it looks charming on this desk. What tickled me were the two red knobs giving a dash of attitude... a "Hey! Look at me" kind of feel! So good to hear how happy you are with your projects. It makes a world of difference, doesn't it? I'd love to have you come over and see what project I was working on.. busy hands, happy heart!!
ReplyDeleteI love what you did. I need to know where you got the knobs! I have a dresser I got at a thrif store that has those same knobs on it but it is missing some
