This is the companion dresser to this one. I love the shape of it and how petite it is, but she was a little rough, too. I sanded her all down, filled the holes for new hardware, and gave her a new color.
Before
I am absolutely loving this color (it's actually just a tad more green than it looks in the pics)!
I wanted to tie all the hardware in with the other pieces and the black in her room, so I left it pretty simple.
Sometimes pieces come in that are pretty beat up. I used to worry about fixing every little thing, but realized that some of these imperfections are just part of the piece now (for example the crack right underneath the top on the upper left corner). All of these little things (if they don't hurt the stability or structure of the piece) just add character. :)
LOVE this keyhole!! So sweet! :)
color = Great Falls SW
stain = Early American Minwax
hardware = Hobby Lobby
poly = Varathane in semi-gloss
